15. edition of CineDays Festival of European Cinema

15th edition of CineDays – Festival of European Cinema will run November 10-19 at the Millennium Cinema, Cinema Frosina and the Cinema within the Youth Cultural Centre (MKC).

 
The festival opens with the Serbian film “Train Driver’s Diary” directed by Milosh Radovic and wraps with the Croatian film “The Constitution” directed by Rajko Grlic, co-production with Dejan Miloshevski (Revolution Production – Macedonia).

 
The festival will feature great number of films from prominent directors such as Herzog, Jarmusch, Verhoeven, Konchalovsky, the Coen brothers, Vinterberg, Ozon, Wenders, Almodovar, Woodie Allen…


The “MK & EU” section will screen three films, co-produced with Macedonia: “The Constitution”, “Sieranevada” by Cristi Puiu (Romania), “Nightlife” by Damjan Kozole (Slovenia). The films are supported by the Macedonian Film Agency.


The festival program also includes music documentaries, short films, student films, synchronized films for children and number of additional activities such as stop-animation workshops, screenwriting and production design workshops.


This year CineDays announces a call for film critics for the films at the festival, intended for persons under 35. The awards for three best film critics shall be awarded by the jury of three members.
