Darijan Pejovski Begins Filming “Three Days In September”
Darijan Pejovski started shooting his feature debut “Three Days in September” at Dracevo Train Station. The film is co-written by Darijan Pejovski and Igor Ivanov and is co-produced by Skopje Film Studio (Macedonia) and Ikone Studio (Kosovo).
September is a psychological thriller that deals with the implications of domestic and sexual violence. Jana and Marika meet on a train and quickly become friends. They go to the countryside, a remote mountain area that holds a lot of secrets about Jana's past. The time moves slowly and anxiously, and the doubts as to their true intentions grow stronger. One by one, the secrets unravel.
Irena Ristic and Kamka Tocinovski star in the main roles of Jana and Marika, with cinematography by Dimitar Popov, scenography by Snezana Ponjanic – Mucha, costimography by Emilija Ivanovska- Atanasovska and music by Aleksandar Pejovski.
The shooting is expected to last 20 days on several locations in Skopje, Reserve “Jasen” and Prespa Lake.
