Documentary film "My world is upside down" with two awards on SEE LA



Documentary film "My world is upside down" of the creative duo Petra Seliskar (director) and Brand Ferro (director of photography), which is realized with support of Macedonian Film Agency and it's co-production between Macedonia, Slovenia and Croatia, this year, at the 12th edition of the SEE Fest in Los Angeles got two awards: SPECIAL JURY MENTION BEST DOCUMENTARY FILM AND BEST CINEMATOGRAPHY IN A DOCUMENTARY FILM.

The South East European Film Festival in Los Angeles (SEE Fest) is founded in 2002 and its concept is to promote the films of the Southeastern Europe, especially the films which tell a larger story about it. In this way, festival attempts to open the door of this region to the American audience, promoting the cultural diversity of Southeastern Europe through its annual presentations of films and organizing conferences and retrospectives for scholars and filmmakers in which way the festival creates opportunities for cultural exchange between Southern California and South East Europe.
