EAVE in cooperation with the Macedonian Film Fund  is organizing a workshop as part of the Festival of European Film CINEDAYS

During the 12th and 13th November at the Youth Cultural Centre within the European Film Festival CINEADYS, held mini EAVE workshop. This workshop is intended for the Macedonian film producers who want to develop their projects as European co-production.

Lectures and presentations at this workshop were led by: Rinna Sildos (Producer, Amrion, Estonia) and Sarah Calderon (Karma films, Spain Sales & Distribution Europe & Latin).
The principle of establishing a European co-production was presented by Riina Sildos. She also tought how to find a suitable producer, how to attract partners for cooperation, the way that is  necessary to negotiate with financiers, materials required for presentation the project  and project pitching. Sarah Calderon presented the basic marketing knowledge that the producers may apply to present their project. In the first part were presented  well - known “business to business (b2b)” tools, given advices on their proper use, etc. The second part was devoted to “business to consumer tools (b2c)”tool that allows the producer to establish professional  marketing plan to attract an audience. Participants in the workshop had the opportunity for individual meetings with experts.

EAVE is one of the leading organizations to organize workshops in Europe. The goal of this organization is to introduce producers of feature and documentary film and television projects with European rules (possible funds that can be applied, legal and financial regulations, Media Program, festivals and markets, etc.) in order to increase their knowledge production and co-production in Europe.
