Short Film “The Man and the Dog” Began Filming
The shooting of the short film “The Man and the Dog” directed by Antonio Veljanovski and co-written by Antonio Veljanovski and Alice Krajcirova began in Prague.
“The Man and the Dog” is a drama which deals with the alienation of the individual from his environment and his subconscious need for socialization.
Czech actors Jan Kacher and Marija Durnova star in the main roles. The film is produced by Elena STanisheva and Zoran Veljanoski Letra, director of photography is Vladimir Dimoski, with Francesco Montagner - winner of Golden Lion at Venice Film Festival as assistant director, Katerina Jirmanova as artistic director and sound by Matej Hrudina.
The film will be shot at studio Barandov and on multiple locations around Prague and is expected to premiere by the end of this year.
“The Man and the Dog” is a co-production between Story Skop Production – Ohrid and Studio FAMU- Prague.
The film is supported by the Macedonian Film Agency.
