21/12/2011

Jani Bojadzi's short film "The End Of The World" has been selected in Official Competition at the Kustendorf Film Festival. "The End Of The World", alongside 20 other films selected among more than 200 submissions from all around the world, will compete for Golden, Silver and Bronze Egg in this year's competition programme.

The film tells the story of two men, father and son, who, in times of great draught, try to make money by searching sources of water, using wooden crotch , an old family tradition. One day they encounter a gold cable. The son cuts the cable, against his father's will, not knowing that the cable energizes the Sun and the Moon...
Meto Jovanovski and Vlado Jovanovski play the main roles of father and son.
This is the second time that a Macedonian film takes part in the Festival, following the last year's representative "Dandelion" by Igor Hristov.
