"The Parade" Premieres In Skopje


The feature film "The Parade" directed by Srgjan Dragojevic, is scheduled to be premiered in Skopje and Bitola on December 16 and 17, respectively.

The film premiered in Serbia in October and raised many controversies, due its subject matter - The Gay Parade in Belgrade.
"The Parade" is a film which in a tragicomic way, tells the story about  the ongoing battle between two worlds in contemporary post-war Serbian society - the traditional, oppressive, homophobic majority and a liberal, modern and open-minded minority.
Dragoevic's previous films include: "We Are Not Angels", "The Wounds", "Preety Village, Pretty Flame"....
"The Parade" a co production  between Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia, and Slovena. Co producer from Macedonia is the production company Sektor Film.
