The film “Amok” selected to Goteborg Film Festival, Sweden



The film “Amok” is selected to Goteborg Film Festival, Sweden, which is one of the leading film festival in the Nordic countries. After the world premiere in Chicago and several European awards and screenings (Official Selection - Chicago IFF // Official Selection - Razor Reel // Official Selection - ExGround FF // Official Selection - Eastern Neighbors FF // Official Selection - Heimspiel FF // Official Selection - Braunschweig FF), the film “Amok” continues with festival successes. The screening of “Amok” is scheduled for 29.01.2017 at 22:00 o'clock in the official competition section of the festival. 

The film, which is funded by the Macedonian Film Agency and SEE Cinema network, is Macedonian-Albanian co-production. Macedonian producer of the film is “Dream Factory” and co-producer from Albania is “Red helicopter films”.
In the main roles are starring: Martin Gjorgoski, Deniz Abdullah and Nikola Ristanovski. The other actors playing in the film are: Sarah Klimoska, Ljupco Todorovski, Adem Karaga, Goran Stojanovski, Igor Stojcevski, Boris Damovski, Marija Kondovska, Risto Burazdenov, Martin Živkovski and others. 

Initiated by the slogan of the film that “No one is born violent”, Vardan Tozija prepared the script and directed the film, design, makeup and masks were made by Goran Ignjatovski, costume designer is Zaklina Krstevska, sound designer is Igor Popovski, author of music is Aleksandar Pejovski, authors of the set design are Kiril Spaseski and Natasha Dimitrievska, director of photography is Vladimir Samoilovski, editor is Atanas Georgiev, casting director is Kirjana Nikoloska and producer of the film is Ognen Antov.
