The short film “48” starts with the festival life
The short feature film “48” by the director Vladimir Mitrevski and produced by Dream Factory, starts with its festival life. The film had its premiere in front of the Skopje audience this summer, and the international premiere will be held at the special short film festival “NIDA SHORT FILM FESTIVAL” in Lithuania. This will be followed by the participation at “BEAST INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL” in Porto, Portugal, “GOZO IFF” in Malta, “GOA INTERANTIONAL SHORT FF”, Goa, India, for the , to finish with the summer festival success with the premiere in Bitola, at the Manaki Brothers Festival.
”48” is a story about young priest who dedicated his life to the church by giving a covenant for celibacy. His concept of life is completely changed after 48 hours before the end of the world, he decides to succumb to the temptation that previously defined him as a person - sex.
The film is financially supported by the Macedonian Film Agency. The main role in the film is interpreted by Dimitrija Doksevski, together with Goran Stojanovski and Sara Klimoska.
The film was produced last year in Skopje, and the crew consists of: director of photography Naum Doksevski, set-designer Vladimir Zafirkovski, costume designer Rade Vasilev, editor Filip Grcevski, sound designer Igor Popovski and thee producer Ognen Antov.
Currently, Vladimir Mitrevski is preparing his debut feature film “Oliver”.
