"To Guard a Mountain" Wins Another Award in Norway


The short film "To Guard a Mountain", a VEDA Films and Norwegian Film School production, continues to win the hearts of festival audiences, increasing its international promotion.The  film, focusing on a troubled father/son relationship, has won the Best Norwegian Short Film Award at the 13th edition of Bergen International Film Festival, which took place October 17-24 in Bergen, Norway.

The jury consisting of Norwegian filmmakers and critics chose the winner among 6 other films competing for the prize in the Norwegian Short Film Competition programme.
The Bergen Film Festival is one of the biggest in Norway and tries to involve a wide public audience reaching over 40,000 attending guests each year who can also vote for films in competition.

The film, a Macedonian/Norwegian co-production, is supported by the Macedonian Film Fund.
