EFA Young Audience Award 2016

For a second year in a row the Republic of Macedonia, the City of Skopje and 100 youths from the country will join the European family for the pan-European event - EFA Young Audience Award, dedicated to young film lovers, in organization of the Eurpean Film Academy.

The one-day event is organized by the Macedonian Film Agency and is scheduled to take place at the Cinematheque of Macedonia on Sunday, May 8, 2016.

The youths from our country and 29 other cities from 27 European countries will have the deciding vote and will award the best European film in the category and the votes of each participant city will be transferred via a video conference to Erfurt, Germany where the award ceremony takes place at the end of the day.

14-years-old Sofija Sinadinovska (PElementary School "Kole Nedelkovski") and 14-years-old Damjan Popovski (Elementary School "Vojdan Cernodrinski") have been selected as jury speakers who will announce the voting results from Skopje.

The final votes from the young audience will select the winner of the ceremony, which will take place the same day in Erfurt, starting at 8 pm, with a live stream on the internet.
